WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
The first step towards your new company website is to decide what purpose it will serve. Some business websites are focused towards selling products online [E-Commerce] and some are geared towards providing information about your company and the services, or products you offer [Brochure].
Below is a quick summary of each type of website, to help you decide which one best suit your needs.

There was a time when sales people, or account managers would be the first to explain to potential clients how dependable and experienced your company is and answer any questions about the products and services you offer. However in recent years there has been a significant increase in the use of the internet and search engines, by consumers looking for companies offering the product/service they need. This is so they can review the website before they make any phone calls and establish how proficient the company is, the quality of the work they will receive and whether the company has a good reputation.
In order to encourage visitors to pick up the phone, fill out a form, or come to you in person, you now need to gain their trust without speaking a word. You have a greater chance of achieving this by providing visitors with information and articles, a visual portfolio of your work, videos and customer testimonials to portray your company as a dependable, service provider in the target market.

Planning the content and structure for a website is the crucial first step. This brings together all the assets for the site, including wire framing, site maps, visitor journeys, copy planning, SEO and images.
Once we’ve established a plan and know exactly what we want to achieve from the website, we then start to look at the design and layouts for all key pages, including responsive options.
Build (Phase 1)
We will create a wireframe of the entire site, to demonstrate the structure, menus and intended layout and send them for approval.
Build (Phase 2)
Once the wireframe has been approved we then begin the main build and fleshing out of the site to the approved designs.
This stage involves testing the site functionality, paths and links, proof-reading and fixing any outstanding design/build tweaks.
This is when we move the site to the live server.
